Hello,

Are you accessing the DB from same PC or the other. I guess it will be other PC from where you are accessing the DB.

It could be the Vista issue.
If things are not going well even when the ACL has proper rights then you can try removing access rights from the DB and then again assigning them.

You can also try NSF local security removal tools available online for this purpose: http://www.nucleustechnologies.com/lotus-notes-local-security-removal.html
